Minis to 1st XV — every player, every subs bench, every DBS check and every membership euro or pound, in one place. With a matchday board that actually speaks rugby.
Pick your XV on a proper rugby pitch — props to full-back — then score the match live: tries, conversions, penalties, drop goals, cards with sin-bin, and per-player stats like lineouts won and turnovers.
Track every coach and volunteer's Garda vetting / DBS with every expiry date on the record and anything running out flagged from 90 days out — the register the committee shows an inspector, not a spreadsheet. Available for Ireland (Garda vetting, RugbyConnect export) and England (DBS checks, RFU GMS export).
Membership fees once-off, recurring or by instalment, plus raffles, tickets and gear orders — all Stripe-secured with the take-rate only on what you collect.
Everyone from minis to seniors with age-grade transitions flagged. Import from a spreadsheet or your governing body's member export — re-sync any time without duplicates.
Sessions and fixtures announced to the whole panel automatically; availability lands in one grid before you pick the team.
Parents and players get schedule, plans, messages and fees in your colours — and the free rugby union scoreboard works for everyone at the match, no account needed.
Keep score right now — the free matchday scoreboard speaks rugby union scoring. matchday scoreboard →
