Version 1.0 · in force from 27 August 2026 · version history
These apply if you buy a Coach plan for yourself. If your club pays for your access, section 8 is the part that matters to you. Clubs and leagues use the Club Terms.
360Club is a business name of Niall O'Neill, a sole trader established in Ireland ("360Club", "we", "us").
These terms apply if you buy a 360Club Coach plan for yourself. They form a contract between you and us.
If your club pays for your access out of its own 360Club plan, you are using 360Club as your club's authorised user. You do not pay us anything, and sections 5, 6 and 7 do not apply to you — but section 8 does, and it matters.
Different terms — the Club Terms — apply to clubs and leagues.
A 360Club Coach plan gives you tools for coaching: session plans, drills, tactics, your own coaching library, and access to the teams your club has given you.
We aim to keep 360Club available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features. If we materially reduce what your plan does, we will tell you in advance (section 12).
If you need help, email support@360club.app. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
If your club collects membership fees or event payments through 360Club, that money goes to your club, not to us, and any question about it — including a refund — is between you and your club.
Your account is yours. Keep your login details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them.
You must be 18 or over to buy a Coach plan.
Coach plans are Starter €6/month or €59/year, Advanced €12/month or €119/year, and Elite €24/month or €239/year. Prices include VAT where VAT applies. Current prices are always shown at 360club.app/pricing.
If you take a free trial, it runs for 30 days. We take your card details at sign-up, and we tell you at sign-up exactly what you will be charged and on what date. We also send you a reminder before that first charge. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any point before it ends without paying anything.
Your subscription then continues for the term you chose — monthly or yearly — and renews automatically at the price then shown, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
14-day money back. If you are unhappy, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription, including the first payment after a free trial ends.
After those 14 days, we do not refund the unused part of a month or a year — for example if you cancel mid-year, or stop using 360Club. You keep access until the end of the term you paid for.
Your legal rights are unaffected. If 360Club does not work as it should, you have rights under Irish consumer law to have it put right, to a reduction in price, or to a refund, and nothing in these terms takes those away. You also have a legal right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days — the promise above is intended to give you at least as much, and to run from a more useful date.
If we increase the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies at your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.
Some coaches are given access by their club rather than paying for it themselves. If that is you, and your club stops paying for your seat:
360Club and its software remain ours. What you create — your session plans, drills and coaching materials — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
AI features. The AI tactics and session-plan features send what you type into them to a third-party AI provider, Anthropic, which works for us as a sub-processor and is listed at 360club.app/legal/subprocessors. That provider is contractually prohibited from using your content to train its models, and keeps it only as long as needed to give you a result.
These features are built to work without any personal information about members. Please do not type players' names, contact details or other personal information into them.
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Notice.
Where you are working with your club's member records, your club decides how that information is used and we act on the club's instructions.
You can export your own coaching content at any time.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our responsibility to you in any way that would be unlawful. That includes responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
We are not responsible for decisions your club makes, for how your club runs its teams, or for what your club does with its own data.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts other users or children at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
We may change these terms. If a change is material, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not want to accept it, you can cancel before then, and we will refund the unused part of what you have paid. Smaller changes — corrections and clarifications that do not reduce your rights — take effect when published, with the date updated. Previous versions are kept at 360club.app/legal/history.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts can deal with any dispute.
If you live outside Ireland, you keep the protection of any laws of your own country that cannot be set aside by agreement, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
If something is wrong, email support@360club.app and we will try to sort it out.
You must not:
You only need this if you want to use it — an email to support@360club.app saying you wish to cancel is enough.
